The following steps outline the process for pricing, scheduling and confirming your event at the London Community Center. For more information, you can click any of the links provided on the right.
- Read the Rental Policy.
- Choose Your Floor Plan & Review the Rates & Fees.
- Call 606-864-7777 to confirm availability of your event date.
- Once confirmed, provide your contact info and event details and we mail you a contract
- Deliver 50% of the rental fee & signed contract within ten days from the date it was sent.
- At least one week prior to your event, contact us to finalize the setup details.
- Three days prior to your event, we will need the second half of your rental fee.
- On the day of your event, someone will be here or on call if you need us.
