Deposit Information

You must complete your rental agreement and pay your deposit within ten (10) business days from the date it was sent. If not received with in ten (10) business days, LCC reserves the right to release the date(s) to another party.

The remaining balance of your rental fee is due at least of 3 days prior to the day of your event.

Cancellation Policy

Written notice of cancellation must be given to the director or assistant director at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event in order to receive a deposit refund. No refunds shall be issued due to inclement weather.

Accepted Payments

London Community Center accepts cash, check, or credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover) payments. 

Your credit card payment can be paid over the phone or we can send you a link to pay online.
