Deposit Due Date
A signed Rental Agreement and deposit MUST be received by the London Community Center within ten (10) business days of the date of the rental agreement. If not received with in ten (10) business days, LCC reserves the right to release the date(s) to another party. See Section 2 of the Rental Agreement.
Balance Due Date
All remaining indebtedness is due at least three (3) days before the day of the event. See Section 2 of Rental Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be given to the director or assistant director at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event in order to receive a deposit refund. See Section 8 of Rental Agreement.
Inclement Weather
No deposit refund shall be issued due to inclement weather.
Acceptance
LCC accepts cash, check, money order, or credit card. American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
