Important Rental Information
All rentals at the London Community Center require a Rental Agreement. Please complete the following steps before sending us your rental agreement form.
- Read the Rental Policy.
- Choose Your Floor Plan & Review the Rates & Fees.
- Call 606-864-7777 to confirm availability of your event date.
- Once confirmed, provide your contact info and event details and we mail you a contract
- Deliver 50% of the rental fee & signed contract within ten days from the date it was sent.
- At least one week prior to your event, contact us to finalize the setup details.
- Three days prior to your event, we will need the second half of your rental fee.
- On the day of your event, someone will be here or on call if you need us.
