Rental rates are provided below for all the various facility configurations. Be sure to review our Rental Policy before calling to confirm availability of the the date and room of your choice.

Please Note:
- The Commons area cannot be rented unless included as a full facility rental.
- Some events will require rental of the full facility based on the nature of the event (vendor events, live bands, disc jockeys, loud music, live performances, etc). Such events prevent the rental of other spaces at the same day/time as your event.
- *Rental of the Farmer’s Market does not include any complimentary amenities or available add-ons. Rental of the Farmer’s Market kitchen is not available at this time.

Stage Setup
Our stage sections are 6′ x 8′ each, with a total of four sections available. Stage skirting is included.
Pipe & Drape
We offer pipe and drape sections for rental. We also offer sections with or without drape.
Table Linens
We offer black or white table linens for rent, for round and square tables in both long and short options.
Balloon Arch Frame
We offer a balloon arch circular frame that makes an attractive addition to any event. Balloons not included.
Coffee Percolator
Our percolators are a great option when serving your guests refreshments such as coffee or tea.
Kitchen
Our kitchen area includes prep space, a sink, ice machine, refrigerator and serving window.

Wifi Internet Connection
Standard internet services via our guest WiFi portal are included with your rental.
Mics & Sound System
Our PA sound system includes XLR connections for audio sources and the use of our wireless microphone(s).
LCD Projectors & Screens
Our digital projectors and screens offer VGA or HDMI connections and can be used individually or simultaneously.
Event Lighting
Our facility features LED can lights that can be configured in a variety of color options.
Tables & Chairs
We have (72) 6′ tables, (20) 60″ round tables with chairs (seats 8 per table), and card tables.
Floor Podium
Our floor podium offers the perfect solution for presenters that need a place for notes or an agenda.
Easels
We offer easels that are perfect for holding dry erase boards, large writing pads, or other displays.
Flags
We offer the United States and Kentucky flags on stands that can be provided upon request.
